California Kindness Project
We're committed
to supporting
California's non-profits

As an extension of this year's California Commitment Tour, Farmer John is excited to introduce the California Kindness Project - a program designed to support Committed California non-profits who are making an impact in their local areas. Whether newly founded in the midst of the pandemic or around for generations, we are inviting charities and organizations in the Golden State to apply for one of our California Kindness grants, so we can help support their mission of improving the lives of their neighbors.

What is the California Commitment Tour?

Farmer John's heart will always be in California and that's why the brand is dedicated to finding even more ways to invest in the Golden State's communities and support brand fans for years to come.

As part of this promise, Farmer John is embarking on year three of its California Commitment Tour this summer. For 8-weeks, our food truck will stop at 3-4 locations per week within the NorCal and SoCal regions of California to show appreciation, to say thank you, and to honor the community by serving up grab-and-go meals to Californians and essential businesses and donating much-needed protein to local food banks.

These small tokens of our appreciation give us the opportunity to celebrate and serve Californians - one meal at a time.

During the first two years of the food truck tour, Farmer John donated nearly 1 million servings of protein to the California community and has served up 30,000 community meals to proud California residents.
